The Fallen Warriors at GraveTells

Ms. Lario’s Fallen Warriors series had me hooked with book one. I love her strong, warrior angels and their nephilim mates. The romance is the first and foremost in these tales, but there is a back story…This is a lovely addition to Ms. Lario’s Fallen Warriors series. 5 Stars! I WANT AN ANGEL OF MY OWN!! I thought I would be lost when I started this, since it’s been a while that the last book was released, but it was easy to jump back in. Damn this was HOT! This is one of those one sit reads for me. While the story line was interesting and I do really want to see how this all works out, the romance part had me glued to the pages. GraveTells 2011 Debut Author of the Year!

Publishing can be a tough industry. Putting your creation out there is a scary thing, especially when you are pretty much guaranteed to receive at least a few less than stellar reviews. Every new release brings nail-biting worries of “What if they hate it? What if they hate me?”

So I have to say that I’m beyond honored to learn that I have received the 2011 “Debut Author of the Year” Award over at GraveTells Paranormal Romance News & Reviews!!

It’s a completely unexpected honor, and it’s totally made my 2012 so far! *grin*

Along with the award, I’ve received another great review for Touch of the Angel over at The Romanceaholic! I also received my first early review for Heart of the Incubus at AwesomeSauce Book Club. :-)

I’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who has shown me support throughout this wonderful year of firsts. You are all AMAZING!!!

Hope everyone is having a great, relaxing holiday weekend. I know I am!

I got my first review for Touch of the Angel, #3 in my Demons of Infernum series, and it’s a good one: 5 stars!

Bitten by Paranormal Romance says:

This is the third story in the series, and it was just as amazing as the first two!  It has the perfect mix of steam, romance, and suspense.

Lario knows how to write a steamy scene and this story was really sexy without being over the top.

Angel’s Desire: Sexy, Dominant Men and Strong, Independent Women

I got a fabulous new review for Angel’s Desire over at Kick Back & Review. My favorite part?

I love how Ms. Lario manages to write sexy, dominant men without making them dominate the women. And the women in these books hold their own. They are strong, independent, capable women that choose to stay with their men. The men also come across as sensitive without losing any of their masculinity. It’s a fantastic blend that isn’t always easily (or successfully) pulled off, but this author does it well.
